Export Data
vCard exports include name, nickname, email, phone, company, notes, and embedded photos. CSV exports include all text fields.
Import Address Book
Supported formats: vCard 3.0/4.0 (.vcf), Google Contacts CSV, generic CSV. You'll review matches before anything is saved — duplicates (matched by email, phone, or name) are flagged, and possible name matches can be merged into existing contacts instead of imported as new.
