Export Data
vCard exports include name, nickname, email, phone, company, notes, and embedded photos. CSV exports include all text fields.
Import Address Book
You'll review all matches before anything is saved — duplicates (matched by email, phone, or name) are flagged, and possible name matches can be merged into existing contacts instead of imported as new.
