1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IdolFyre you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, IdolFyre grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the service for your personal or internal business purposes.

You acknowledge that:

• You are purchasing a license to access the service, not ownership of the software or any digital content.
• The license does not grant any intellectual property rights in the platform.
• Access may be discontinued in accordance with Section 7 (Termination) of these Terms.
• These restrictions apply in accordance with Maryland's Digital Content Disclosure Act (2025) and applicable law.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA) to use the service. You may not share your account or use another person's account without permission.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload malicious code, spam, or content that violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or create derivative works of the platform.
• Access the service through unauthorized automated means.

5. Third-Party Account Connections

IdolFyre offers optional integrations with Google Contacts, Microsoft Outlook/Office 365, and Apple iCloud for one-time contact import. By using these integrations, you:

• Authorize IdolFyre to access the specified data (contacts) from the relevant third-party service on a one-time basis.
• Confirm that you have the right to import the contacts you choose to import.
• Acknowledge that third-party services are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies, which you remain responsible for complying with.

IdolFyre does not store OAuth tokens or third-party credentials beyond the duration of the import. See our Privacy Policy — Section 3 for full details.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. No refunds are issued for partial periods unless required by law.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material violation of these Terms, non-payment, or as required by law. You may delete your account at any time in Settings.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IdolFyre is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Your Data

You retain ownership of the data you enter into IdolFyre. You grant us a limited license to store and process it to provide the service. Upon account deletion, your data is purged per our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maryland.

11. Changes to Terms

We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
